Welcome to Momos! 


Here is your friendly guide to getting started.


You will have received an email with a link to set your account's password. The subject line is "Set your password for Momos"


If you do not remember your password, or are unsure whether you've received an invite, you can also visit https://web.momos.io/login and click on "Forgot Password" to trigger another email.


If you run into any issues or have questions along the way, our support team is here to help. You can contact us by clicking on the support widget located at the upper right of your Momos dashboard.





Account Set Up

Finish setting up your account first before going through Momo's features!


Managing Connections

This is where you can connect and sync your external platforms (GMB, Food Panda, Grab, Deliveroo etc.) to Momos so we can receive customer reviews

Inbox

Access all your Reviews, Direct Messages, Surveys, and Inquiries on a single page! We've streamlined Momos by consolidating all types of feedback into one easily accessible location, so you no longer have to navigate between multiple pages.



Survey

With Momos Survey, you can gather comprehensive feedback from your customers across various scenarios, including customer experiences, new product launches, staff evaluations, and post-event reviews.



Forms

Momos Forms is an efficient tool designed to streamline your business's inquiry management. By consolidating and categorizing all incoming inquiries into the Momos Unified Inbox, it simplifies monitoring, responding to, and tracking inquiries.



Automation

Momos Automation streamlines your workflow by enabling you to create automated responses for reviews, surveys, forms, and direct messages, with customizable rules. Additionally, you can save time by auto-assigning users to specific feedback. Momos also offers an AI chatbot for handling DMs.

Outbound

Momo's outbound campaigns helps you easily send out email campaigns to specific Audiences (Audiences are made through the Customer Data Platform)



Offers

Momo's Offers provide an easy way to distribute vouchers to your customers. You can attach them to surveys, forms, and service recovery initiatives for bad reviews, or send them out as part of an outbound campaign. Plus, you can customize the terms and conditions of each offer.



Customer Data Platform

The Customer Data Platform centralizes all your customer information, allowing you to create targeted Audiences for outbound campaigns. Additionally, you can upload your own customer data to Momos, ensuring all your customer data is stored in one place.



Asset Library

The Asset Library is where you store all your brand's media materials, such as images, text, and email templates, for outbound campaigns. Additionally, you can create and customize your own email templates.
