Introduction

Notifications helps you to stay on top of your customer feedback and gives you a summary of what's happened since you last visited Momos

In this article, we will explore the different types of notifications available in Momos and how to manage them.

Where do I find my notifications?

On the web browser, you can find your notifications at the sidebar and at the top right, beside your name.

On mobile, you can find your notifications at the bottom right and also in the expanded side bar.

For mobile, you will also receive push notifications if you have allowed the app to do so.
