How to Edit Offers


When you edit offers, keep in mind that you can make changes until you've issued 5 offers. After that, some settings will be locked.

  • Here are the configurations that will be locked after 5 issued offers:
    1. Offer Name
    2. Brand
    3. Issuance Type
    4. Select Offer Type
    5. Currency
    6. Enter Amount Off
    7. Enter minimum value / With the purchase of
    8. Place of Redemption
    9. Request Sale Amount from Diner
    10. Request Customer Phone Number
    11. Maximum issuances
    12. Blackout period
    13. Per customer redemption
    14. Coupon codes
    15. Start date
    16. Offer eligible whenever location is open
    17. Locations


To edit your offer, on the left side, Activate → Analytics → Offers


Select the offer you like to edit and click on the pencil icon beside the Offer title.



Important: Test your offer to make sure everything is right!


You won't be able to edit the Offer Card after 5 issuances, as it stays consistent across all communication channels.


Editing the Brand Pin:


To edit your brand pin, on the left side, Activate → Analytics → “Offers”.


Click on “Edit Brand Pin” icon on the right side:



After clicking the Edit Brand Pin button, a new window will appear allowing users to select the brand and update the PIN code. 


Important: The PIN is set at a brand level meaning if you edit the PIN it will affect all the offers of the brand.
