Assigning Feedback to Internal Users


Assigning feedback to internal users gives them awareness of their assigned tasks, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. This feature can be seen on the top right of the feedback. This allows you to select multiple assignees or specific individuals accountable for addressing the customer's inquiry.



 The assignees will be notified in the notifications tab on the left side bar or the upper right tab. 




You may also send the feedback manually by clicking the More Option button or the Three-Dots Icon on the upper right side of the feedback to allow you to Copy the Link of the feedback (For Negative Reviews allows you to Set Auto Responses as well).





 Note: Only Assignees with permission access to the feedback type/location can be assigned to the feedback. If the assignees do not have permission access, their names will be grayed out.

Internal Comments


Aside from Assigning Users, you can also add comments to give a deeper understanding of the feedback or inquiry.





Located beside assigning, you can type, mention or even send attachments that can build profound insights regarding the situation for more effective communication internally.


Note: You will not receive notifications if you are not assigned to the feedback.
