Notification Center and Update Staff Information

Notification Center
Notification Center is a settings feature to toggle all your notification options. To go to Notification Center, go to Settings > Notification Center
You can customize your notification preferences for the frequency of customer feedback reports, the specific collaboration updates you want to receive, and chatbot alerts.
In the upper left corner is your notification box, where you can see all the notifications you have enabled. You can archive them, filter for unread notifications, or view only archived notifications.
To archive or mark a notification as read, go to the specific notification. You can also click "Reply" to be redirected to the assigned feedback, allowing you to respond directly to the feedback.
Update Staff Information
When creating a survey and enabling the "Allow Customer to Rate My Staff" option, you will need to set up the staff information in the Update Staff Information section.
In the Update Staff Information section, you can create employee profiles and assign them to their designated locations and brands.
You can edit their information or delete the staff.
To create a new employee, click "Add a New Employee" in the upper right corner. Fill in the required details such as name, photo, email, assigned brand, and locations, then click Save.
Once employees are created and the option is enabled in Surveys, your customers will be able to rate your staff.
