How to Set Up Permissions

To locate Permissions, click "Settings" located at the bottom left:




Click "Manage Users and Permissions"



Your Permission's page will look like this:



Manage Permissions:


The permissions overview provides you with the Status of each user, you can click through each status for a more filtered view:



The Department of each user:



The Job Title:




Number of Locations your user has access to:




Under Actions:

  • Pencil Icon: You can edit a user's permission 
  • Trashcan Icon: Deactivate a user 
  • Three Dots: Generate reset password link, promote to admin and resend invite



Create A User


To create a user, go to the Invite Users box at the top right and paste the email, you can invite more than one user by separating them with a comma.


 



There are two invite views: Basic and Advanced.


Basic 


If your user will have the same kind of access for all locations or specific locations



For the basic view, you have 3 filters so you can easily navigate and select which brand, location or location group your user will have access to.



Simply, click the dropdown menu and uncheck the box to exclude the location.



After filtering the brand and locations, you can select the level of access your user will have for each module. You can read more about roles and modules here: User Permission Roles : Momos Support Center

Advanced


If your user will have different access for different locations






In advance view, there is a drop-down within the permissions table where you can adjust each permission level per location or location group:





You can switch to table format for an easier layout:




You can also filter by brand, location and location group:




Also, filter by which location has permissions and which has none:




You can also copy permissions to several locations at once:





Forms Permission


In Forms permission, you can grant users to create forms, edit forms and only have access to certain inquiry types. Learn more here: User Permission Roles : Momos Support Center



Create Permissions


To grant users to create forms, go to "Create Permissions" and you can select multiple users. Click "Confirm" when you're done selecting users.




Edit Permissions



To grant users to edit forms, go to "Edit Permissions" Make sure to select the brand first. After selecting the brand, the brand's forms will be displayed below, go to the form where you like the user to gain edit permission. You can select multiple users as well







Inquiry Type Permissions



For Inquiry Type Permissions, select the Brand first.




Then select the form you would like the user to have access to.




Select the permission per inquiry type this will be applied to all locations of the brand.





If you have a lot of inquiry types, you can apply the same permission level for the entire row by clicking on the double square icon on the left.




You can also select the permissions per location group by toggling on "I want to set custom permission at a location level".


If you do not have location groups, you will select permissions per outlet location. You can learn more about Location Groups here:



You can click the "v" icon on the left to see a dropdown of the location outlets that are in the location group.





You can apply the same permission to the whole single row by clicking on the double square icon and selecting "Bulk Apply to Current Row".



You can also select "Bulk Apply to Other Locations Rows" to apply the same permission to other locations.



When you're done applying the permissions, click "Save Changes" (you can also undo changes).



Lastly, if you do not like to repeat with another user, you can also apply the same permissions to another user by clicking the double square icon beside their name. Select the user and click "Apply".
