Form Analytics
In Form Analytics, you will find a detailed overview of the customer's submission answers.
You can find Form Analytics by clicking on the "Analyze" button on the form you like to look into in the Forms dashboard:
You can filter the submissions based on the form's inquiry types:
If you have more than one form or brand, you can also change from one form/brand overview to another:
For a more visual overview, you may scroll down to find the submission breakdown over time and table.
On the table will have:
- Submission Date
- Location
- Inquiry Type
- Complaint
- Status (If the form has been marked resolved in Inbox)
- Name
Futher down the overview page are the responses of every customer for each question type:
You can download your overview in CSV and PNG:
