Introduction
Welcome to Momos Survey! This handy tool is available for all users, no matter the size or industry. It's a simple way to gather feedback and offers several perks for both businesses and customers.

Where To Find The Surveys Page?
To find the Surveys page, head to the left side of your main dashboard, under Care → Tools → Survey
After clicking on Surveys, you will be led to the Survey Dashboard page.

On the Survey Dashboard page, you can see a quick total number of active surveys, total clicks, submissions and unreplied surveys.

- Edit your survey by clicking on the tiny pencil icon beside the QR code.
- Deactivate your survey by clicking on the circle slash icon beside the QR code.
- Clicking on “Analyze” will lead you to the Survey Analytics page. Learn more here: Survey Analytics Page : Momos Support Center
Below are the surveys that were created; you may scroll down to view all the surveys created.
Clicking on one of the surveys will show a sidebar and will show the history of customers who have completed the survey.
Clicking on the upper right arrow icon will lead you to your survey.
How to Create a Survey?
On the survey dashboard page, simply click on the +Create button on the right side of the survey dashboard.
You will then be prompt to choose between a Standard Feedback Survey or Few-clicks Feedback Survey:
For a quick feedback survey as the name states, the Few-Clicks Feedback Survey would be the best option. There will be Fewer pages for the customer to go through. After selecting a type of survey, it will take you to the Survey Settings.
Here are the fields required for your Survey Settings:
Name Your Survey
This name won't be visible to customers; it's just for you to keep things organized. Make it clear and simple so you know what the survey is for.
Choose Brand
Pick the brand for the survey. Each survey is connected to a specific brand.
Award Offer For Completion
Choose if completing this survey rewards a Momos Offer. An Offer is a customizable reward that can be used in different ways. If you turn this on, you can select or create the Offer later on.

Allow Customers to Rate My Staff
Choose if customers can rate your staff members. If you enable this option, you can collect detailed feedback about staff members who provide excellent service or gather feedback about them.
To use this feature, you'll need to upload your staff information in the Settings → Update Staff Information section. Turning this on will add two extra pages to your survey.
Recommend User's with Positive Surveys to Boost on Google Page
If a customer leaves a positive review on the survey, Momos will recommend that they also post it on your Google Business page. There is also an option to auto-direct the user to post the review. We will show you what it looks like later.
You can set what qualifies as a positive review by adjusting the slider under this option. Enabling this will add one page to your survey.
Styling Options
Brand Logo: Your brand's logo is automatically included from your Microsite or Business Info page. If you want to change it, click the up arrow to upload a new image.
Select Theme Color: Choose a color for certain parts of the survey, like the progress bar and next-page button.
Select Brand Font: Pick the font for your survey's heading and body text.
Remove Powered by Momos: Decide if you want to show the "Powered by Momos" badge on the welcome and thank you pages.
When you're done customizing, click "Create Survey" to go to the preview and editing page.
You can always come back and edit these again when you click on "Settings"
