Customize Your Offer Card and Email

The second page of the Create Offer page is all about customizing the offer's appearance.


Customize Offer Card

The Offer Card shows a summary of what the voucher offers, like a free item with a minimum order at a specific branch. This card appears on the email voucher.


  • Use the pencil or edit buttons to customize different parts.
  • Users can also upload their pictures of the logo shown on the Offer Card.

Customize Offer Email

Next, there's a section where users can customize the email sent to customers.

Offer Email Subject Line: The email subject can be personalized to better reflect the merchant's brand.

Select Email Template: On the left side, users can see and modify email templates provided by Momos. They can also create new templates tailored to their brand by clicking the Create New button.

Email Preview: On the right side, users can preview how the email will look on desktop and mobile devices.

  • Lastly, at the bottom of the page, users can customize reminder emails. Momos sends reminder emails for unclaimed vouchers 7 days and 3 days before they expire.

After everything is set, simply click the Publish button. You'll then be taken to the Offer Preview, where you can quickly check all the details.

Once you've reviewed and confirmed everything is correct, click Publish again for the final step.
