In the context of marketing and campaign management, an Asset Library is a centralized repository where all the media assets and email templates are stored. This allows for easy access, organization, and reuse of brand materials, ensuring consistency and efficiency in campaign execution.

On the left sidebar, under Activate > Asset Library:

Each Brand has its own Asset Library so make sure to select the correct Brand first.

Your assets are divided into three libraries: Email Templates, Images and Text

Email Templates:

For Email, Momos already provides default templates for each Momos Module (Surveys, Forms, Offers etc.) for you to use for your email campaigns: 

You can duplicate the template by pressing on the 3 vertical dots. This way you can edit the default template and save it as a new template.

You also have the option to customize a new template from scratch fully. Click on "Custom Templates"

There is a selection of sample templates in the "Template Library" that you can add to your custom templates. You may click the play button to see a preview on both web and mobile. As well as sending a test email.

When you have selected your template, you can click "Add to My Library"

Images:

Here you can upload all your asset images. Click "Add New" on the upper right.

Upload the following file formats to our Asset Library

• .jpg
• .jpeg
• .png
• .gif

For still images, we recommend a resolution of at least 1000x1000 pixels to ensure the image quality is nice and crisp when utilising them for Facebook ads.

Once uploaded you can add tags to the image:

When you customize your email template, your uploaded images will be accessible in the media library.

Text:

You can also pre-save text and tag each to save time.

Customizing a Template:

To create your own template, click "Create New" on the upper right.

You will be directed to a blank template. Feel free to name your template for easy navigation.

Block:

In block is where you can add content to your template. Feel free to drag and drop it, you can also drag to rearrange it. Each content block added will be a layer.

Click on each content block to further configure its attributes.

There are also column layouts that you can drag, you can place a content block on each column.

You can delete the block by hovering on the block and clicking on the trash icon, you can also copy-paste and select the layer behind the block.

Layer:

Here you will see an overview of your template page layers. You can hide or drag to rearrange each layer.

Generate:

With the help of Momos AI, you can generate a custom template quickly!  Simply select the template type, add the subject line, brief (you can also have AI recommend for you) and colors and click "Generate Template"

You can select from 5 templates that were generated. Just click "Select Template" to choose from the five.

You can preview your email template in both web and mobile formats, tailored to specific email platforms and phone systems. You can also send a test email.

When you're happy with your template, make sure to click on the save icon!
