Survey Analytics Page
When you click "Analyze" on the Surveys dashboard, you'll be taken to the Care Analytics → Feedback Channels → Surveys page. Here, you can see a breakdown of the options customers chose when filling out your survey.
For a more detailed breakdown, you can download a CSV file that provides access to additional data points.
