Forms Permissions
Forms Permissions can be at a Brand and Location level.
Create and Edit Forms:
Only Account Admins can invite users to edit and create Forms.
Inquiry Type Permissions:
Account Admins can specifically assign users for certain form inquiries (For example: You can assign your Hiring Team to only see and reply to forms that selected Hiring as their Inquiry Type).
There are three permission access to Inquiry Types:
- Reply
- View Only
- None
SMS Permissions
SMS permissions are at a Brand level. Only Account Admins can provide SMS permissions.
There are three permission access levels:
- Reply: Reply, Comment, Assign, Resolve
- View Only: View Only, Comment, Assign, Resolve
- None
Note:
- If there is an SMS sub-conversation tied to a survey submission, then these permissions don’t apply to that. That falls under survey permissions.
