Preparing to connect your Foodpanda account

Checking the outlets associated with your Foodpanda account

Note: This walkthrough will be done on the browser version of Foodpanda's merchant portal. The layout may be different from the mobile version, but the steps will be the same.

To begin, log in to Foodpanda's merchant portal at https://foodpanda.portal.restaurant/login


To ensure that all relevant information is available, the account you are logging in with must be at least a "Manager" level account.


A quick way to check whether the account is such is to see whether the "User Management" feature is available in the side bar when you've logged in.



Once you're in, on the "Dashboard" page, check the top right to see the number of outlets available on your Foodpanda account.



Clicking the dropdown will show a list of all your outlets.



Adding additional outlets to your Foodpanda account


If there are outlet locations missing from your account that you'd like to include, please reach out to your Foodpanda Account Manager or Support Team for help.
