Overview
Connecting your platforms with us is essential to your Momos experience. Connect your platforms with us to get full access to our feedback and automation tools. You’ll gain better insights into your customers' feedback while also making better data-driven decisions faster!
Connecting your platforms
To connect your platforms, log in to Momos and head to the “Manage Connections” page.
The “Manage Connections” page can be accessed by clicking on “Settings” on the bottom left.
You can connect the platform of your choice by clicking the “Add New” button.
Important Note:
You will encounter pop-ups when connecting your third-party platforms like Google, Facebook, or Instagram, etc. These pop-ups are necessary for authentication purposes. To ensure a smooth connection process, please enable pop-ups on your web browser.

Enabling pop-ups will allow the authentication process to proceed without any interruptions. Once enabled, you'll be able to successfully connect your third-party platforms to our service.
Connecting your Google Account
When connecting your Google account, a pop up will appear asking for you to select or log in to the Google Account you’d like to connect with us.
Once you’ve signed in, it’s important to make sure that you toggle on all checkboxes in permissions settings and the “See, edit, create and delete your Google business listings” permission is turned on!
Momos requires this permission to see and manage the reviews on the Google Business pages you have access to. However we will never edit, create or delete your business listings.
Connecting your Facebook & Instagram Account
When connecting your Facebook account, a pop up will appear asking for you to log in to the Facebook account you’d like to connect with Momos.
This Facebook account will be used to connect both your Facebook pages and Instagram accounts.
During the connection process, you are able to specify the Facebook pages you’d like to connect to Momos.
Similarly, you are also able to specify the Instagram accounts you’d like to connect to Momos.
However, rest assured that this does not allow Momos to access any of your personal Facebook information, messages etc.
Connecting your Food Delivery Platforms
For food delivery platforms, you will be presented with a pop up to enter the email and password for your food delivery account.
This is the same information that you use to log in to the merchant portal for the food delivery platform.
For example, for FoodPanda it would be the same account you’d use to log in to https://foodpanda.portal.restaurant/login
