Checking the outlets associated with your Deliveroo account

Note: This walkthrough will be done on the browser version of Deliveroo's merchant portal. The layout may be different, but the steps will be the same.

To begin, log in to Deliveroo's merchant portal at

To ensure that all relevant information is available, the account you are logging in with must be at least an "Admin" level account.

A quick way to check whether the account is such is to check under the "Teams" page that the account you've logged in with is an "Admin" level account.

Once you've verified, click on the "Menu Manager" page, you will see all your outlets connected to this Deliveroo account!

Adding additional outlets to your Deliveroo account

If there are outlet locations missing from your account that you'd like to include, please reach out to your Deliveroo Account Manager or Support Team for help.
