What: Generate up to five unique response suggestions for each piece of customer feedback, instead of just one. This gives you more options to choose the perfect reply for your customers.
How to use:
Click the AI button next to any piece of feedback
Wait for the response generation to complete
Once generated, scroll through the list of suggested responses
Select the most appropriate response for your customer
Cleaner Email Subject Lines
What: Email subject lines are now cleaner and more professional with the removal of system IDs. This applies to all customer communications, including form and survey responses.
How to use:
No action is needed - this improvement applies automatically to all email communications sent through Momos
The change will roll out to all users over the next few days
You'll notice cleaner subject lines in all survey responses and form communications
Enhanced Survey Submission Details
What: Pre-filled information like Visit Date, Time, and Order Reference Number now appears directly on survey submission cards, providing better context at a glance.
How to use:
Pre-filled data passed through URL parameters will automatically display on survey submission cards in your inbox
No additional setup is required if you're already using URL parameters to pre-fill survey data
Boost Survey Conversion by Display Offer Details
What: Boost survey completion rates by displaying offer details on welcome and personal info pages. This feature works with newer survey templates that include incentive offers.
How to use:
Go to your survey settings
Enable "Award offer for completion"
Select your desired offer
Choose to display offer details on:
Welcome page: Toggle the offer display option
Personal info page: Enable "Show selected offer"
Optionally add a custom subtitle above the offer card
Save your changes

Day Part & Day of Week Insights
What: Analyze survey responses based on time of day and day of week to identify location-specific patterns and trends.
How to use:
Access Survey Analytics to view two new tables:
Day of Week by Location Table
Day Part table (configurable time periods)
To configure day parts:
Click Settings in the day part table or navigate to the Settings page
Add or edit time ranges (e.g., Breakfast: 7 am-10 am)
Set custom names for each day part
Save your configurations
Analyze metrics like OSAT, CSAT, ratings, and survey counts
Download reports as CSV files for further analysis
Custom Ticket Properties
What: Create and manage custom properties for all ticket types (surveys, forms, messages, and reviews) with flexible configuration options at account, brand, or form level.
How to use:
Access custom properties:
Go to Settings
Click on Inbox Properties
Create new properties:
Choose property scope (global account, brand, or feedback level)
Select property type
Name your property
Specify applicable feedback types or forms
Manage properties in Inbox:
Open the property section on any ticket
Set property values
Use property filters on the right panel to organize tickets
