User Permission Roles

User Permission Roles empower users to oversee specific features for designated locations. The four roles include Owner, Manager, Viewer, and None, each granting varying levels of access and control based on organizational needs and responsibilities.

Each main feature is called a Module and some features are grouped together, see below for breakdown.

Modules:

  • Business Info
  • Growth
  • Reviews → Inbox / Analytics
  • Direct Messaging  → Inbox / Analytics
  • Surveys → Survey / Inbox / Analytics
  • Offers → Offers / Inbox
  • Customer Data → Customer Data / Inbox
  • Asset Library → Asset Library

Access Levels

Here are the different roles and descriptions of their access based on each module. Forms have different permissions which we will discuss further.

Forms Permissions

Forms Permissions can be at a Brand and Location level.

Create and Edit Forms:

Only Account Admins can invite users to edit and create Forms.

Inquiry Type Permissions:

Account Admins can specifically assign users for certain form inquiries (For example: You can assign your Hiring Team to only see and reply to forms that selected Hiring as their Inquiry Type).

There are three permission access to Inquiry Types:

  • Reply
  • View Only
  • None

SMS Permissions

SMS permissions are at a Brand level. Only Account Admins can provide SMS permissions.

There are three permission access levels:

  • Reply: Reply, Comment, Assign, Resolve
  • View Only: View Only, Comment, Assign, Resolve
  • None

Note:

  • If there is an SMS sub-conversation tied to a survey submission, then these permissions don’t apply to that. That falls under survey permissions.
