Analyzing your Offers

Overview

Track the amount of Offers sent out and redeemed, how much that total value amount is, and how much the average order value is by analyzing your Offers!

Analyzing your Offers

In the Offers page, click on anywhere on the row of your Offers to open up the Details sidebar. From there, click on the "Offers Analytics" tab.

The Analyze Sidebar

At the top, you can see key details about your Offers.

This includes total issuances, redemptions and estimated total revenue from the Offers.

Below, there is a table with details about the voucher that has been redeemed. 

You can choose the "Period" between "Daily", "Weekly" and "Monthly" as well as the date range.

You can also download a csv file with information regarding voucher redemptions for your selected date range.

The downloaded csv file provides you with the following key information that is not shown on Momos

Voucher ID

Every issued voucher has a unique ID tied to it. Once an email address is tied to a voucher ID, it will not be able to receive a new voucher until the current assigned voucher has been spent

The "Redemptions By Source" graph shows which days has the most redemptions by its source.

While the "Redemptions and Sale Amount" graph shows you a comparison of these two metrics.
