Can a customer receive more than one Offer at a time?


This depends on whether the Offers redemption is set to "Once" or "Unlimited"

Once per customer redemption

- Your email address is tied to a unique Offers ID
- Regardless of how many times you fill up the survey, you will be given that unique Offers ID until it is redeemed
- Once redeemed, that Offers ID is null/void.
- You can then fill up the survey to get a NEW unique Offers ID


- Your email address is given to a unique Offers ID
- Every time you fill up a survey, you will be given another unique Offers ID
- In Offers Analytics, it will show that your [Name] & [email address] has been issued unique Offers ID 1, unique Offers ID 2, etcetc.


How can I know which outlet the Offer was redeemed at?


There's an "Outlet" column we can toggle in the "Analyze" sidebar which will show the outlet the customer selected when redeeming.

The outlet also shows up in the .csv export


Can customers redeem the Offer immediately?


This depends on the settings placed on the Offer when creating it. By default, an Offer has a twelve hour wait time before it is able to be redeemed.

This time can be adjusted or turned off based on your preference
