Notifications helps you to stay on top of your customer feedback and gives you a summary of what's happened since you last visited Momos.
In this article, we will explore the different types of notifications available in Momos and how to manage them.

Where do I find my notifications?
In-App Notifications
When using the web browser, you can access your notifications from two places: the sidebar, or the bell icon in the top-right corner next to your name.
Your Notification Box displays all the notifications you’ve enabled. For details on updating your preferences, check out Notification Center.
The image below highlights the available actions:
Archive all read notifications.
View archived notifications.
Filter to show all, unread, or archived notifications.
Reply to open the assigned feedback and respond.
Mark all notifications as read by clicking the button.
Hovering on a notification will show the following quick action buttons, where you can mark the notification as read, or archive it.
Mobile Notifications
On mobile, you’ll see a bell icon in the bottom-right corner where you can access your notifications. You can also find them in the expanded sidebar for quick navigation.
You will also receive push notifications if you have allowed the app to do so.

Notification Center
The Notification Center is where you can manage all your notification settings.
To access it, go to Settings > Notification Center.
Here, you can:
- Customize the frequency of customer feedback reports.
- Choose which collaboration updates you want to receive.
- Enable or disable chatbot alerts.
