Sharing and distributing your Offers

Overview

Use our Offers for customer appeasements, promo and marketing ads or simply as a thank you!

Reward your customers for giving you their honest feedback and have them coming back for more by attaching an Offer to Momos Survey.

Congratulate them on being the lucky few to claim the Offers via our Marketing Activities.

Send them an Offers directly as a gesture of goodwill via our Shareable Links!

There are countless ways for you to reach out to your customers with our Offers.

Shareable Offers

Share your Offers with your customers through special links, or send it directly to their email!

Reusable Link

As the name suggests, reusable links can dispense as many Offers as there are clicks, with respects to your Offers issuance limits.

Generate a reusable link by clicking on the "Add New" button.

Optionally, you can input a Source to help keep track of where or when this link is being used

Single Use Links

Single Use Links are able to dispense only one voucher. Once the link has dispensed the voucher, it will become invalid.

Similar to creating a Reusable Link, click on the "Add New" button. Indicate the number of links you'd like to generate.

Once added in, the links will appear in the table down below.

You are also able to download a .csv export of this table by clicking on the "Download CSV" button located near the bottom of the table. 

A "History" table is also available, where past Single Use Links and their status are indicated.

Send Offers Directly via Email

As the name suggests, you are also able to send an Offer directly to someone's email!

You may choose to either upload a .csv file with their name and email address, or add in the recipient individually.

Once you're satisfied with the recipient list, hit "Send" and the Offers will be sent directly to their inbox.

Customer Appeasement

Messaging

Attach an Offer when replying to a direct message by clicking on the "QR" icon next. This will open a pop up with the list of Offers you've created.

Select an Offers to attach, and click "Attach Offers" afterwards. An auto-generated reply with the redemption link will be filled out in the response box!

Surveys

When creating or editing a survey, choose a reward for your customers to be given for completing the survey.

In the next step, you will be able to choose with offer you'd like to give your customers.
