After selecting a survey type, fill out the Survey Settings. Here, you will add the Survey name, choose the brand, allow Google boosting, and many more. Click below to see the all Survey settings.

Here’s a preview of the Survey Settings layout. Click any item on the right to see what it does and how it affects your survey. You can also find these details anytime by clicking the (?) icon beside each setting in the survey builder.

Momosを利用Shows the “Powered by Momos” badge on the Welcome and Thank You pages. Page 1: Welcome Page
The Welcome Page is the first page of your survey. Here, you can:
Show or Hide Your Brand Logo

Show or Hide Your Brand Name
You can also edit in the text box to say what you want.

Select Offer (If Enabled)
If you've turned on "Award Offer For Completion" in the Settings page, you can choose the offer to give for completing this survey.

You can also create a new offer by selecting "Add New Offer" from the dropdown. This opens a sidebar where you can make an offer. You can read more about Momos Offers here:

Title Choose to display or hide the survey title. You can also edit the text in the title box.
Subtitle Choose to display or hide the survey subtitle. You can also edit the text in the subtitle box.
Button Title Decide what text appears on the button.

Upload Background Image
Choose an image or gif to upload for your landing page.
Background Opacity
Set the opacity level for your background with the slider.

Page 2: Type Of Order
This page allows users to choose how they ordered from you. While it's initially set up for food and beverage (F&B) orders, you can customize and rename the options to fit your business better.
Title
Customize the text at the top of the page by typing in the editable text box.

Order Options
This section includes three toggles and editable text boxes:
- Dine-in
- Delivery (Selecting this option shows Page 4 - Delivery Platform)
- Pickup
You can change the text for each option and choose whether to enable or disable it.

Note: If there's only one option available, users won't see this page when filling out your survey. The single available option is automatically selected for them.
Page 3: Choose Location
On this page, users will find a list of available locations for your brand. They can choose one of the options to indicate the location they visited.
Title
Customize the text at the top of the page by typing in the editable text box.

Choose whether the location is visible as an option for the user to select.
These locations match what's displayed in the Business Info page for your brand. To add a location, you'll need to do it there.

Note: If there's only one option available, users won't see this page when filling out your survey. The single available option is automatically selected for them.
Page 4: Delivery Platform
This page appears only if "Delivery" was selected on Page 2. Users can choose the delivery platform they used for their order here.
You can hide this page by unchecking the "Show this page?" checkbox.

Title
Customize the text at the top of the page by typing in the editable text box.

Food Delivery Platforms
Choose which platforms to show as options. These options come from the "Third Party Links" listed under your brand's Business Info, where you can view and edit them.
The options on this page depend on the location chosen on Page 3 [Insert Page 3 link]

Note: That the options include all available choices from all your locations. For instance, if Location A only has Deliveroo and GrabFood, other options won't be shown. If only one option is available for the chosen location, this page will be skipped.
Page 5: Experience Rating
On this page, customers rate their experience, which determines the review score.
You can set what qualifies as a "positive" or "negative" review on the Settings page of the survey. [Insert Settings Link]

Title
Customize the text at the top of the page. It's best to make it clear that this is an overall rating of the customer's experience.

Choose Rating Question Type
You can choose from different rating types, all of which are normalized to a 1-to-5 scale.
Here are the different rating types and their conversions to a 1-to-5 star format:
Star Type: Users Rate Their Experience Using Stars

- 1-3 Stars:

- 1 Star = 1 Star
- 2 Stars = 3 Stars
- 3 Stars = 5 Stars

- This is the default option.

- 5 & 6 Stars = 3 Stars

Emoji Slider: Uses 5 Emojis To Show Their Experience

The 5 emojis represent a 1-to-5 scale, with the expression of the emoji indicating the rating.
Thumbs Up / Thumbs Down: A Choice Between Two Options

- Thumbs Down = 1 Star
- Thumbs Up = 5 Stars
Page 6: Experience Details
The Experience Details page allows customers to add more info to their review.
You can hide this page by unchecking "Show this page?" at the top left.

Title
Customize the text at the top.

Caption
Toggle to let customers leave extra feedback in an open text box. You can edit the header text. If enabled, this is a required field.

Comments left here are analyzed and categorized by our AI on Momos, showing up in the Inbox and Care Analytics page.

Upload Pictures
Decide if customers can add images to their review. All file types are allowed, with each file under 100 MB. Up to 25 files can be uploaded. You can make this a required field.

Visit Date
Toggle if customers can pick their visit date. You can edit the header text and make it required.

Visit Time
Toggle if customers can pick their visit time. You can edit the header text and make it required.

Order Reference Number
Decide if customers need to provide a reference number. You can edit the header text and make it required.

Page 7 & 8: Experience Tags
The Experience Tags page lets customers choose from a selection of tags, which you can customize.
This page is optional; you can hide it by unchecking "Show this page?" at the top left.

Title and Caption
Edit the text at the top of the page and the text above the list of tags. You can choose to show or hide this.

Dependent on Order Type?
Toggle if tags should depend on the customer's order type. If enabled, the "Add or Edit Tags" section is divided into order types from Page 2.

Add or Edit Tags
Customize the tags customers can choose from.

Page 9: Personal Information
On this page, customers provide their contact details.
Show Logo
Choose whether your brand's logo appears on this page.
Caption
Decide if the caption text is visible and write your message in the editable text box.
Name
Edit the text box label for the reviewer's name.

Select Offer (If Enabled)
If "Award offer for completion?" is turned on, select the offer to reward upon survey completion from this dropdown.

Edit the text box label for the reviewer's email.
Phone Number
Decide if customers can leave their phone number. Edit the text box label and choose if it's required.

Terms And Conditions
Decide if the Terms And Conditions checkbox is shown. Customize your T&Cs in the editable Rich Text box and choose if it's required.
Button Text
Edit the button text label.

Page 10: Boost On Google
This page encourages reviewers to leave their feedback on Google. For this page to appear, three conditions must be met:
The chosen location must be connected to a Google Business Page via Momos.
The review must meet the criteria for a "Positive Rating."
The setting "Recommend users with positive surveys to boost on Google page" must be enabled.

Header Text: Customize the header text and choose if it's visible.
Main Title: Customize the main title text and choose if it's visible.
Copy to Clipboard Text: Customize the clipboard text and choose if it's visible.
Show Review Text: Decide if the copied review text is shown.
Button Text: Edit the button text.
Auto-Redirect To Google: The survey will automatically redirect the customer to Google Reviews to prompt them to post the review.

Once toggled on, you can also adjust the countdown to redirect.

Page 11: Thank You
Here are the customization options for the final page of the survey:
Show Logo: Choose whether to display your brand's logo.
Title: Customize the main text and choose whether to show it.
Follow Text: Customize the subtext and choose whether to show it.

Social Links: Select which social media platform buttons to display; you can add these links on the Business Info page.

Upload Gif Animation: Add an image or gif animation below the social media buttons.
