Rockie Canvas (Beta)

Created by Team Momos, Modified on Fri, 30 Oct at 4:00 AM by Team Momos

Rockie Canvas gives your team ready-made dashboards they can open any time. An Admin adds a dashboard and shares it, and each person sees current data for their own locations.

✎ Note: Rockie Canvas is in Beta and is rolling out to selected accounts first. For early access, contact your Account Manager.

Why use Canvas?

Rockie Chat is for investigating. GMs and area managers usually want their numbers laid out and waiting. Canvas does that.

  • Set it up once. An Admin adds a dashboard and shares it with a User Role.
  • Everyone sees their own view. The layout is the same for everyone, but the data covers each person’s assigned locations.
  • Always current. Dashboards update as new feedback comes in.

These dashboards are free to add at launch:

Dashboard
What it shows
Categories Insights
Top complaint and compliment themes across locations, and trends
Survey Analytics
Survey volumes, scores and drop-off
Simple Operator Dashboard
Overall satisfaction by location, over time
Operator Customer Experience
A day-to-day view of guest experience for operators
Review Analytics
Ratings, volumes and themes by platform and location
SLA Tracking Dashboard
Reply and resolution speed against your SLA targets, by location

More templates are coming. Some advanced dashboards, such as competitive benchmarking, are premium. Contact your Account Manager.

Add a dashboard (Admins)

  1. Open Rockie and go to Canvas.
  2. Open the Template Gallery and pick a dashboard.
  3. Add it to your account.
  4. Open it and use the filters to change the date range, locations or channels.

Share a dashboard (Admins)

⚠ Read this first: Canvas access is based on locations only. Viewers see all data in a dashboard for their assigned locations, even data their role can’t see elsewhere in Momos, such as surveys or cases. Only turn it on for roles that should see everything for their locations.

New dashboards are visible only to you until you share them.

  1. Open the dashboard and click Share.
  2. Choose Everyone or specific User Roles.
  3. Click Save.

Shared users get view-only access. Only Admins can edit, delete or share. Removing a role revokes access immediately.

Turn on Canvas for a role

Go to Settings > User Roles, open the role, set Rockie Canvas to Viewer (or None to hide it), then Save. Admins always have full access.

Dashboards with case or inquiry data

If a role is restricted from certain inquiry types or cases (for example HR, legal or food safety), you can’t share those dashboards with it. Click Request custom dashboard or contact your Account Manager for a filtered version.

Use a dashboard

  • Filters change the date range, locations and views across the whole dashboard.
  • View Tickets opens the related tickets so you can act.
  • Dashboards are on the web app. Mobile is coming soon.

Need something different?

Momos can build a custom dashboard for a specific team, metric set or fiscal calendar. Click Talk to Momos in Rockie or contact your Account Manager.

Coming soon

  • AI summaries of each dashboard
  • Scheduled email reports
  • Ask Rockie about a dashboard
  • Mobile app
  • PDF export
  • Build your own dashboard

FAQs

Why can't my team see a dashboard I added?

It’s private until you share it. Click Share, add Everyone or their role, and check that their role has Rockie Canvas turned on.

Why do two people see different numbers?

Each person sees data for their own assigned locations. That’s expected.

Can I edit a template?

Not yet. Ask your Account Manager about a custom dashboard.

Does Canvas use credits?

Viewing a dashboard doesn’t use Rockie Chat credits.
