Through MomosAI, you will be able to generated suggestions to reply back to your customers' feedback across Reviews and Surveys.
Under each of the feedback, click on the purple button to generate an AI suggested response.
The response will take into consideration the customer's feedback as well as the tone of voice in any previous responses sent to your customers.
Click on the suggestion in order to insert the response into the response field. You can further edit the text before sending out the perfect response to your customer.
Changing the default Response Language
You can also change the default language used to generate the MomosAI suggested reponses.
Under the Business Info section (https://web.momos.io/reputation?tab=info), you can select the default language in which the suggestions are generated in.
Save the change made and any MomosAI suggestions will be made in the preferred language.
Translating the Response Text
For any response that you have added into the response field, you can also translate them into a language of your choice.
We have embedded the Google Translate feature to help you translate your reply into the language of choice.
Click on clipboard to copy the translated text into the response field.
You can further edit your response before sending out to your reply to the customer.
