Creating Assignment Rules

Overview

Create assignment rules to automatically assign teammates to feedback for certain brands and locations.


Ensure every feedback is seen and given the attention it deserves.


To create an assignment rule, please ensure that you have Manager level permissions for the

"Reviews', "Direct Messaging", "Forms" and "Surveys" features.


Navigating to the Assignment Rule page

Under the "Settings" page, click on "Assignment Rules"


You'll be redirected to the Assignment Rules page, where you will be able to see all existing Assignment Rules.



The Assignment Rule page has four tabs, one for each channel. All assignment rules created for that channel will be shown in their respective tab.


Creating an Assignment Rule

  1. Click on the “+” button to begin creating an assignment rule

  2. Select the Brand for the rule. Do note that you will only see brands for which you have Manager level permissions for 

  3. Select the feedback channel this rule is for
    • For "Reviews", select the Rating, Review Type and Platform
    • For "Direct Messaging", select the Platform
  4. Select the locations this rule applies to

    • Select all locations quickly by toggling the "All Locations" button

    • Or see more locations by clicking the "See More" button
  5. Select the teammates to be assigned to the rule
  6. Click “Save” to save your assignment rule

  7. Your Assignment Rule will show up on the table, change its status to active by clicking on the toggle 

Lastly, you are able to edit or delete an assignment rule by clicking on the pencil or trash can icon respectively.
