Team Collaboration is an assignment tool for all your feedback channels that enables you to:

  • Allow your team to personally respond and keep track of all customer feedback
  • Deliver a personal touch to the customer experience you provide
  • Communicate internally via Momos on the course of action to take for the feedback
  • Ensure that every piece of customer feedback is attended to

Team Collaboration

Team Collaboration is available for all feedback channels that you can see in the Unified Inbox page.

Assign teammates to a feedback by clicking on the "Assign" button. If there is someone already assigned to the feedback, clicking "Assigned to" will also display a dropdown where you can select or deselect assignees. 


NOTE: The teammate you are trying to assign must have Manager or above permission level. As such, it is important that your teammates have a Momos account set up with the required permissions.

After being assigned, the assignee can proceed to reply to the feedback. They will have the option to "Respond as Resolved" or "Respond as Unresolved".

"Resolved" is a status to indicate that the assignee feels they have properly replied and answered any concerns the customer may have had pertaining to the feedback they left.

You may also open up an Internal Chat window by clicking on the speech bubble icon next to "Assign".

You can leave comments, tag your teammates or give updates regarding this feedback with Internal Chat

Lastly, you can manually mark any feedback as "Replied" or "Resolved" using the two buttons next to the speech bubble respectively.
